made to your exact measurements and specifications; thus are
not suitable for resale or restocking in the ordinary course
of business. It is very important that you are sure
of your purchase decisions prior to finalizing your order.
We automatically charge your credit card or checking account
for the total sale price, including shipping, after you have
completed your order online, by phone or fax. We then
place your order with the manufacturer.
Therefore, we do not offer refunds or accept a return of custom
made products unless it is in need of repair, was damaged
from shipping or has a warranty issue, then you would please
